Ruth is a seasoned Executive advisor, a Financial Risk, Operations and Technology expert. She hold over fifteen years in Executive advisory services, having worked with organisations across different sectors in Eastern Africa and the wider Sub-Saharan Africa region.

She has previously worked for PWC, KPMG East Africa and PKF East Africa. She enjoyed working with organisational functions to meet world-class criteria and helping leadership to drive service offering, strategy, Due diligence, fund and wealth management, people, processes, technology, market intelligence and achieve next-level organizational success. She has worked with a number of clients on their transformational journeys towards building intelligent, value-adding functions from ground up.

Ruth has been involved with SMEs funding opportunities in Kenya where she has sought opportunities to match owners of capital with those in need of capital.She has travelled to Europe, USA and Middle East seeking fund management opportunities. She is also involved in economic analysis of the Kenya which she does through major TV and Radio stations for the last five years. It’s in the review of economic analysis that she identified the gaps and need to establish FebWell Foundation.

Ruth sit in several boards among them Prime Bank, Mhasibu Sacco, Kepsa Gender and Youth Sector Board and previously Rafiki Microfinance Bank.
